Δικαιούστε μερική ή ολική επιστροφή της παραγγελίας, εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημερομηνία της παραλαβής σας. Σε περίπτωση που ο λόγος της επιστροφής, είναι υπαιτιότητα της εταιρείας (π.χ. λάθος είδος, ελαττωματικό προϊόν), τότε το κόστος επιστροφής βαραίνει την εταιρεία μας. Η επιστροφή θα γίνεται δεκτή μόνο κατόπιν έγκρισης της εταιρείας.
Με την παραλαβή του δέματος ελέγχουμε αν το προϊόν βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση και εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών επιστρέφονται τα χρήματα στον λογαριασμό σας. Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να επιστρέφονται σε άριστη κατάσταση, χωρίς να έχουν αφαιρεθεί οι ειδικές σημάνσεις (καρτελάκια) και να συνοδεύονται απαραίτητα από το παραστατικό πώλησης

The return cost is 15€ for EU and 4€ for Greece. For Greece the first return is free of charge.
All returns are handled by TNT for EU and by Geniki Taxidormiki for Greece. You can use a courier of your own choice but the return cost paid entirely by the sender.
You have the following return choices:
Change with the same product to another number or change with any other product.
Return the money to the bank account that you will declare to us. To return money to Eurobank, you do not incur any additional costs. For refunds to any other bank, transaction costs are shared by both parties.
Debit of the value of the product that you returned to the account you have in our online store, in order to use it in your next purchase.
All returned products must be in their original condition, tags must not have been removed and all returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
